So that we could learn more about the Kerrygold farmers, we visited each of the farms featured on our advert.  When we visited each farmer, we asked them if they had any family recipes that they enjoyed, so that we could feature them on our website.  Whilst we were at Michael Crowley’s farm in Cork, two of his children – Aisling and Michelle, decided to show us how to make bread, using the recipe that Michael’s wife, Marguerite has kindly given us.  We captured the kids’ demonstration on our video camera, so you can follow their step by step guide to baking this delicious brown bread.  Click on the link above to watch the video.
